Need Advice and Solutions! Haven't gotten paid!

I am a cohost and recieve a percentage of each booking. Until 3 weeks ago, this has been working without a hitch. Now after not getting a direct deposit for an April 29th booking, Air BnB says I have a "technical issue" that is being forwarded to a special team and I will be contacted.  I have called many times and left numerous messages to no avail. I have MS and am in a wheelchair and love feeling like a real person again while communicating with guests. I am not really a whiner for whining sake and would rather focus on solutions! Any advice? Thank you! Katherine
