No of guest vs no of rooms

We have accepted a reservation for two guests. The pricing has charged them for one double room but the gentlemen actually want a room each.   We are happy to make two rooms available to them but two rooms will cost more than two guests in one room. How do I make the price changes to a confirmed reservation?

You offer two rooms in your listing, so the guest have the right to use them. If you want to offer the rooms in a way they can be booked seperately, you need to create a listing for each room + a listing for the combination of rooms (includig linking of calenders to prevent double bookings). You can make a price change to a confirmed reservation ( https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/50/as-a-host--how-do-i-make-a-change-to-a-confirmed-reservation ) and change price, but the guest can refuse to confirm  it and demand you offer the two rooms for the initial price offered.
