No payout received within 10 business days - long term guest

I am renting out my apartment in the long term and have been receiving monthly payouts correctly over the last few months.

 

This month, however, I have not received the payout. In the transaction history, under future transactions the payout date for this payout is "pending". Usually I receive the payout within 2-3 business days of the beginning of the month, this time it has been 10 days and nothing. No e-mail received either saying that the payment didn't go through.

 

Has this happened to anyone before? Would appreciate some advice on this!

The same exact thing happened to me with a traveller this month. she left last week and still didn't get it.

There was another travaller after that and i was paid for that one, but the one from last week is still pending..

I am beginning to get worried. I have guests in my house, normally within 24 hours I receive an email regarding payment however I have not received anything. In the menu under payments, 'default' is written under payment method. what does this mean? Pls help me.

Same problem. It's been 2 weeks since my guests checked out and still no pay. Trying to reach Airbnb is a joke.

I was having issue with payments also, I have sent an email thru "Resolve Issue" on Airbnb website and I get immediate reply from "Airbnb Expert" (which will be sent thru your email) they give helpful insights and they forwarded my query to airbnb company, which today I got my payment for the first two transactions. I am having the same problem.  I had a guest stay two nights and got thier payout just like I should have, 1 - 2 days after  The next guest checked in the same day (18 days ago!!!) and my payout is still listed as "pending".  I only have one payout method, paypal.  This is my first time hosting so needless to say I'm not going to recommend hosting to anyone unless they resolve this issue quickly.  I will try to email them through the help center or resolve an issue.  

Update:  Got my payout after contacting the help center as directed by an earlier post.  Still not happy it took so long and i had to ask for it but at least i got it. 

I have been working with airbnb for 4 years now and have 230+ reviews. 

I did not receive the payout for reservation for more than a week now ($897) . I am calling to airbnb and telling them about it every day for more than a week now . NO HELP.

Now second reservatin came in and the second payout is not released to me ($772).

Every day representitives telling me that they escalated the case and someone will contact me soon . But nobody contacted me for more than a week . AIRBNB is not partialy but completely responsible for reservation payouts . I do not feel protected by airbnb any longer . Something is going realy bad . It hapened before , but it never took so long .

Delays NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It si now 9 days.

I am experiencing exactly the same thing as you are, and very mad about it. They just tell me to keep checking my email and keep waiting, and the collections team is on it, etc. In the meanwhile they are keeping the money (not even releasing the partial payment that was made) while my guest continues to stay long term. And it takes almost an hour to get a hold of anyone at airbnb. Luckily I live in SF and will go to their headquarters to try to find a resolution.

I have a guest that has been here for 3 nights and has booked 11 nights. I have not been paid yet either!!!!! This has not happened before. How do you contact BNB????? What is the email or phone number??? Where do I find that information?

Hello,

Sorry to hear that so many people have been experiencing the same issues as me!
Just wanted to share with you that I have finally received the payment. I contacted Airbnb by following the instructions on the community page, they told me the payment was never released for some strange reason and they re-launched the process. I received the payment about a week after I contacted them. Hope you guys manage to resolve yours!

I'm still waiting. Guests checked in Aug 12-15th instant book. All inquiries to Airbnb support promise solution and then nothing. Im beyond disappointed.

I'm in the same limbo.  No resolution.  Not happy.
