We have a four unit apartment building. Two of them are owner occupied and the other two we pay a fee for RSO. I was denied my license to stay on the Airbnb platform because though my apartment is owner occupied it still falls under RSO. I am sure I am not the only person in this situation. Airbnb is going to lose a lot of money because of this ruling by the city of Los Angeles. What can we do to get back on the Airbnb platform and fight the city of Los Angeles.
we are in the same position.. we are blocking our calendar after jan 1st... we went to a meeting and at this time if one unit is RSO it affects the whole parcel..we cannot register:(
