PAYOUT DELAY

I thought that payouts were made after the first night  of a guest's stay.  At least, this is what has always happened before.

But, on my most recent 2 night booking the payout wasn't made until one day after the guest left. Is this a new policy?

@Christine297, AirBnB processes the authorization for payout the day after checkin, but it can take a couple days thereafter for the bank to complete the transaction. Just how many days depends on which bank you are using, what country you're in, the timing of the payout (weekends, weekdays, holidays, etc). For me, I have found I usually get the $$ in my account by the end of the 2nd BANKING day after the authorization has been sent.

Thank you - I realize there are differences due to bank holodays as welll - this was not really abig deal, I just noticed a difference fromall other payouts and was curious. Thnak y ou for the reply!
