Payment error

Hello,

Could anyone help me , please? I am trying to make a payment and I receive this error:

"

We were unable to authorize the payment to your credit card. Please confirm that all the details are correct. You may also contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking the payment or use an alternate payment method."

Credit card is Visa and all data is corect.

I got this error with 2 different credit cards when I try to pay for the booking:

error "payment instrument deleted"

Please help
