Payment of 1 night extension was not successful

Hi, 

I have a confirmed booking for 2 nights. My expected payout was right away reflected in my account. Later, however, the guest decided to extend their stay for 1 more night, so i requested a date change which he then accepted. He is saying now that payment for that 1 night extension is unsuccessful and he wants me to send that 'link' again for him to try again. How can I have airbnb send him that link again that he is saying? What can I do at my end so he can finally pay?

Did the guest checked out already?

You should be able to click on the trip, and see a "send or request money" and request for the amount.
