Payout verses listing price.

My condo is listed for 175 per night so why am I only getting 263 for 2 nights if they are only taking 3%??

@Ted6 Have you actually looked at your calendar lately? Regardless of what you said about your rate being $175/night, every date I can see for months is set to $123 weekdays, $140 weekends. Do the math for various 2-day bookings. And then either go correct your daily rates or start checking your listing once in awhile. I'm not trying especially hard to be jerky, but when people ask questions here that they should've known the answer to themselves, it's kind of hard not to come down on them because they're wasting other peoples' time.
