Phone number not accepted

Hi there,

My phone number is somehow 'not accepted'. This is ridiculous. I've used AirBnB over 15 times, spent thousands of euros and now all of the sudden I'd have to change my phone number or otherwise I can't book? Customer Service already told it's because some providers (for mysterious reasons) are not accepted. I have a 2 year dataplan with this provider (Ben/ Part of T-Mobile) and am not willing to change it just for AirBnB. Just change your policy.

Sorry to hear that that has happened to you.

Unfortunately there's nothing people here can do as it's a forum where Airbnb members help each other from their own experience. It's not Airbnb support and is not read by Airbnb software or policy designers or developers.

Hi Abraham, I know it was a while ago but did you manage to resolve the issue with your phone number as I ma having the same problem. can#t seem to find a contact number etc. on air bnb web site either.
