Price changes

Hi there! I currently have a guest enquiry that originally searched and found my listing for apparently 3 nights at $809 total, however she then went to book the listing the next day but she said the "invitation had expired" and the price had now gone up to $975.

She would still like to book for the original $809, however i am just unsure whether this is actually correct, is there a way to see what a guest was originally offered or pre-approved for? I cannot remember whether i actually adusted my listing price prior to her looking again, or if she just didnt check and include the airbnb service fee in the total??

Hello @Tracy169. You are possibly on Smart Pricing. The enquiry caused the SP algorithm to tinker the prices. You may send your guest a special offer. Make sure you include any extras you charge.
