Pricing Settings

I want to set up a new price for the winter season and under the help section it is telling me to to go to Pricing setting and click the link to set custom weekly or monthly rates under Long-term prices but I don't have a Long Term prices tab.  all I have is nightly price tab.  Am I doing something wrong?  I have set seasonal prices before but now don't seem able to.

look under the monthly discount box and you can set pricing for specific weeks or months.

exactly the same issue:

I would like to set a specific price for certain months and when I go to pricing tab in the menu for my listing I should be able to do it in something called the "long-term pricing" section. However, I don't have such section there. Could anyone explain to me why and what can I do about it? If it's relevant, I use Airbnb on Safari 10.1.1. on my Macbook.

I have the same problem. Certain months I charge more, but weekday and weekend prices are different also. I seem to have to do it 1-4 days at a time.
