Hi - I have my place set at $160 per night with 10% discount but when I preview my lising it comes up at $99 per night.  I don't understand - what can I do?

Yes, initial search for your listing shows a price of AUD$ 99 / night but when I enter specific dates it shows $160 and $180 for weekends.

Do you have your base price set to $99? That's the "base price" setting seen when you go to your calendar and click on "Pricing settings".
