Problems with Airbnb to resolve refunds as traveler and damages charges hosting.

Hi.

Can anyone advise on how to escalate Airbnb on resolving damages charges (even with a deposit of guest) while hosting and on other case, how to get refund on a reservation with flexible policy of cutting the stay. 

I have 2 cases trying to charge for damages while hosting until I got tired of contacting airbnb and right now trying to cut my stay -just as the policy of the host and the host actually agrees- but Airbnb doesn’t resolve and system not working.
