Replaced shower head by guests

Hello,

my recent guests changed shower head to cheaper one. I don’t know what to do in this situation? And why they had to do this?

Its unlikely that they stole it - most likely they broke it and bought a replacement wherever they could. Some accidents are just a business risk. We put away a small amount away from each booking to cover these. It's not worth the hassle chasing people - particularly if they have replaced it. I'm not sure many people would know the difference between shower head prices etc
