Request money issue

Hi,

We had some guests stay recently who requested and extra night at the end of their stay. I have requested the extra money from them but when they tried to accept, the following message came up which is obviously an error and they couldn't move forward. Every time they "try again" nothing happens and my concern is that if it's too much hassle it makes it a pain for the guest to pay the money.

Can anyone help please?
