Requesting Additional Payment from a Guest

We recently had a guest take a phone charger they barrowed with them. After multiple texts requesting it be ruturned without following through, I requested reibursment. It has been over a month now and he hasn't responded to it and reponded to the review stating that he took if by saying he would drop it off but still hasn't. I can;t reuest money again as it's still open. What can be done?

@Jaimy-And-Ben0. It has been some time since you requested the money!  That said, if you filed a claim for money through Airbnb's Resolution Center, the go to this link and click on View Status.  Given the length of time that has passed, you may or may not see a link to involve Airbnb which normally shows after 72 hours.  Give it a try and see if Airbnb can contact the guest and collect your payment.
