I have a guest that give me 5 star in all categories:
Precision
Check in
Cleaning
Communication
Local
Value

But in the end it appears with 4 stars, is this normal?

It can happen @Anabela9. The overall rating isn't a sum or average, but the rating the guest gives the stay at the accommodation. Sometimes they value all single criteria with 5, but for some reason feel the total is only 4 due to something else.

What makes me mad is that we talk and everything was ok, she even mention 5 stars. 

She came early for the check-in, we talked about the city!

The problem is that Airbnb put such an emphasis in the 5 star, that everytime 4 star appears in screen it's something that people repair. I think 5 star is a routine that you are obligated to accomplish. 5 star is like ok and <5 is that's really something wrong.

This because 3, 2, and 1 never seen, they must be really at bottom of search results.
