My guests are telling me that they are unable to leave a Review of my holiday home. I am finding it impossible to get through to Airbnb to ascertain why. I am very fed up and need this sorting asap!
As is is not clear why the guest can't review (no invitation for it ?, errors showing up ?, waited more then 14 days ?) i think they should contact Airbnb themself. Otherwise then can look in the review section of their account if the option to write a review is still there.
