Save photo on quick replies

Good morning, I see that we can easily save text for quick replies but I would also need to save a photo for more details to be sent a few days before the arrival of the guests. Any tips on how to do that? Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Bérengère

P.S. I would also be interested to know if it is possible to send word/pdf/slide doc (with detailed itinerary)?
