Seasonal Airbnb Homes

Would like to see Airbnb provide more specific features for homes that are only open to be booked for X amount of months per year. A home that doesn't have 100% availability throughout the year. Example, home isn't available through September to December. 

Be great to mark your home as such a type so that you don't get dinged for inactivity or opportunity to be superhost when it's not available.

I'm closed for 4 months every year and maintain superhost, the assessment always covers a 12month period and therefore I always have 8 months of reviews assessable.
