Short term home rental may soon be illegal under new law in Singapore

Anyone can advice on this? We do not intend to take this risk so we are going to remove our listing in Airbnb

It is wise to store the contact options and bookmark the page.

Just an update what I've done last week.. After looots of research I managed to find some phone number to call and got an Airbnb person directly (it's some global support) +18007231238
So I managed to get his approval to cancel the bookings without any fee.

Thanks @Ivan-and-Ivana0 for the update!

Are hostels listed in Airbnb affected by this as well?

Hi, anyone has experience with URA before to share?

i got a notice from URA and dont know what to do now

@Nga0 Sorry I cant help much here, but you may want to snooze/delist your apartment. What does the URA notice say?

@Akanksha0

It says there is an infringement, but i am still waiting for what's coming up next.

Any fellow host could pls kindly share some tips on how to deal with URA officer and what would they question during the interview?
