Site difficulties

I am using Firefox 52.0.1 (64-bit) on a Mac and I'm having a few issues.

1) Messages aren't loading

2) "My questions is about something else" field doesn't load (greyed out and endless spinnig wheel)

3) Login link doesn't work - I have to open the link in a new window, then I'm automatically logged in

4) Can't find where to get help about this - I reported the bug but then learned I won't get a response

Any ideas appreciated - I prefer to manage my listing on my computer not my little phone

Hi @Ayleen0 I use Chrome on my Mac & don't find I have any of the issues you mention. Try it & see if you have better luck with it? - Karen
