Smart Pricing

So smart pricing  sucks. I compared to the area, and even with newbie discount it is way too low. Therefore I turned smartpricing off on two listing, but I have reservation on the third. If I change listing will it effect the reservation?

note: I do not want to change the price for the people with reservation.

Existing reservations will not be affected by changes to your listing

Hello @Lia63 I'm also a newbie.. trying to figure this out LOL! 

I was just chatting with "Airbnb support team" and one of the adviser adviced me to turn off "smart pricing" if it's acting bumb LOL! ( at least that's my take on the advice 🙂 )

BTW @Jeff158 is a real gem and helper ... ❤️

@Bernadette0 It is great isnt it. Every things a concern. You check off hangers and then question how many hangers guests would expect. lol and @Jeff is right on point

@Bernadette Sad part is I am pretty sure a few people have no idea how aweful smartprices are and they therefore force you to lower the price you can set as a newbie
