Dear Airbnb Team,

I am just want to clarify why my booking is canceled and I received an email by that and that the full amount will be refunded for my reservation of "Spacious & Comfort - Paseo De Gracia, La Pedrera" (appartment in Barcelona) by Sweet In.

And Note that I didn't cancel my booking.

My reservation is done from 21 July to 25 July.

@Marina982 . None of us can know since we are just hosts; not employees of AirBNB. There are many reasons that a reservation can be canceled. The host could be ill. The listing space could have had a flood, or promised amenities are no longer available. The government could have closed them down. [Barcelona has been closing up AirBNB's at a rapid rate.]

It is best for you to simply begin a new search and book another place for your stay.
