Superhost-coronavirus

Hello, 

I am a superhost and recently I had a cancellation due to the virus. Since this would have been the 10th stay during this year I am afraid that during the next superhost assessment my superhost status may be removed. Do you know what is the policy for this upcoming assessment and whether they have placed some exceptions due to the unusual emergency situation.

It’s measured upon your statistics over the last 4 quarters not what you achieved since the beginning of the current calendar year. If you are worried with regards to whether you still qualify you can check the progress tap for “superhost”” status.

I think we are heading the same way as bookings from airbnb have dropped off right now it looks like we will not meet the target, Im not going to lose sleep over it.

It's not that important I agree however I am planning to add a new listing and that would make things easier. Anyway, let's wait and see...
