Travel Credit

So I referred a friend to airbnb and got the $45 I was meant to get from his trip all fine, but then he went on to refer a friend and got his travel credit for it. I never got the $100 travel credit bonus that is on the earn travel credit page. Is there a way to actually get this happening? Would love to use it on an upcomming trip.
