When do we receive voucher codes

Firstly I have been a host and super host for some time now, I confess I do find the ABNB site quite confusing and tricky to navigate. Anyway, I have yet another email (this week) telling me I have had super host for the past year 5 stars all the way through no cancellations etc. On investigation it infers that I am entitled to a voucher. I know how to check for this via the account system but wonder how if and when I get details about it as there is nothing in my account section....if i get one at all....it is the only real tangible reward we seem to get (considering we make quite a bit of money for the company). Any advice would be welcome.

@Martin674 If you go to insights and then quality you will find super host (at the bottom I think). The voucher should be in there.

Now, If you were to use it to book a stay with a host in say Kyiv I believe the thanks you will get will be way in excess of any pleasure you would derive from using it to discount a holiday for yourself.
