I clearly state my rooms are 75.00 per room per night why is air bandb quoting 75.00for two people who want seperate rooms

You should revisit your listing.

If you want to list multiple rooms in your house, you should create a separate listing for each space you have available. Each room should accurately reflect the number of beds and amenities it contains.

Airbnb at the moment is only quoting prices as per your set up.
