Is there an option to have different policy than Strict in a case that were renting our unit for an entire month? Instead of 14 day full refund make it 90 days??
@James2407 If the rental is for a month or more, Airbnb automatically sets the Long Term cancellation policy, regardless of what your chosen cancellation policy is. You don't have to change your settings.
Hello. I did not receive my full refund for cancelling Reservation code: ** I am owed €305.13 and not 214.84 which was deposited into my account last week. I contacted my host and she said no money went to her account and she queried it with her bank. I want to know when I will receive the rest of my refund - €90.29.
