electronic signature services for rental agreements

Has anyone use an electronic signature service (i.e DocuSign) to get guests to complete a rental agreement before arrival?   Would you recommend?

It was recommended for my rental to have an agreement, which includes completing personal information, as well as initialing of penalty fees for rule violations.  Since airbnb doesn't allow us to attach a document, I am looking for options.

@Kathee1  I don't have my guests sign a rental agreement and figure they are technically agreeing to my terms and conditions/house rules/ airbnb rules when they book. I've been a host for 7 months and have only had one issue with a guest which was handled very well by Airbnb customer service. 

Just curious, why do you feel you need a rental agreement signed?  🙂
