Is it ok to communicate through my host's personal email after a reservations has been confirmed?  Or should I continue to use the airbnb message system.

I was asked for my personal email, which they are using, both the owner and the property manager.

Should I allow this to continue, or graciously ask them to use the airbnb message system.

I don't want to create hard feelings.

@Karen1284  Always communicate through the AirBnB system it's the only means to protect yourself you have if things go south. If they contact you via another method respond to them via the messaging system and document what they have said or sent to your private email. They will get the hint that you only want to communicate via AirBnB after the first few times.
