guest enquiring to stay but says she is being charged more than the advertised rate, can you help

I have an enquiry for accommodation but guest is asking me why she is being charged more than the advertised rate.

Hi @Yvonne5,

Does she know about the 6-12% Airbnb guest fee or is she just going off your base rate?  Also, how many guests is she putting in as you have extra guest charges.  I think we would need more information.
