My guest messaged me Saturday night at 6:30 pm saying they would be leaving that night. They were supposed to stay until Monday morning. In the message they said that their business didn't take as long as expected and would leaving early. Since it was very last minute and not becuase of anything wrong with the house, do I need to issue them a refund?
No, @Aspen1, you don't have to. It's totally up to you. But be careful - it's better to have it in the airbnb message box why they left early. Some guests may cheat on hosts for refunds.
