Hello @MariaHelena11 ,

What do you mean by "pre-booking message" ? The text the guest has to confirm to continue the booking process ? It is in the settings of your listing in section "house rules" ==> "Details guests must know about your home".

I guess, @Emiel1, that @MariaHelena11 is asking about something that is here: Booking settings/Guest requirements(Edit it) and then go to Guest trip information (again Edit it) and then you have "Add a greeting." You can write your message there.
