how to limit miles around a destination search?

I am constanatly getting requests for reservations from people who don't want to be that far away from their destination.  It is annoying.  How can someone set a filter of say 10 miles from their requested destination?

They probably do a search by price around the destination and narrow down by price, assuming you are cheaper and they sort by price you pop up.

You can put something in your listing about where you actually are.
