incorrect billing

I am trying to get ahold of airbnb to find out about 2  payments taken from my Visa account.  I never booked a B&B recently.  Trying to find a contact phone number or chat session.  Thank You  Ross

You dispute the charge with your VISA card.  Tell them it is fraudulent.  They will charge it back to Airbnb and investigate it.  That's what they do.
