Have you checked this isn't a phishing email, ie it is from a legit Airbnb email address?

@Liliana-Del-Pilar0  You currently have one active and bookable listing that is not "deactivated." Don't follow any prompts that direct you off-site. 

And certainly don't post your personal email address in a public forum!!!
