So we have been hosting for a while and it is doing great. We have a questions as to the status of our house. When we first started we had no issues with hosting as we thought everything would go well with the art we are renting out which is the basement. Well the house because of some insane weather with a combination of rain and snow has caused the house to shift and crack our basement walls in some places. Do you think this is a concern and that we should address this on our listings? We have had it checked and have no issues with foundation just movement within the partition walls we think?

Maybe attach some photos for an impression of the "damage".

On your listing photos the walls looks fine, so if it is now significant different, better address it in the listing or replace the photos.
