overall Rating problem due to cancellations due to Napa valley fires

Hello,

We have had 2 cancellation last year due to the Napa area fires... we don't have any cancellations ever but got 2 last year and it is damaging our rating. What can we do?

@Manon73, I was looking at your listings and I do not see any cancellations in your reviews for any of the 4 listings.

Were they host cancellations or guest cancellations?

(I don't think guest cancellation affect your rating.)
