payment by air bnb

Dear Air bnb partners

I have received an email from the automated airbnb system that an amount of 347 euro were transferred in my account

2 days ago.

This money have never been deposited in my account

How should I proceed?

You simply have to be a little more patient.  These transfers can take a bit of time and bear in mind that Saturdays and Sundays are not bank days.

Kosmas, Depending on the payout options, If your payout is by bank, you definately have to wait because it takes some days for the money to get to you account. You just have to be a little patient.

Very Long time..... I am still waiting for my money .. paid by Air bnb on the 3rd of January and we are the 16 still nothing.....

1. had a guest stay on March 2nd and as yet no payment received. How does one contact airbnb ?
