photos won't upload on iPad

There's an error on the system as I'm unable to upload photos from my iPad. The link doesn't work at all and unable to drag and drop to move them around?

I won't ignore you Julie 😊 I'm having the same problem on my iPad. I think I'm going to have to drag the old laptop out and sort my photos out on there. What's the point of an app if it doesn't work properly on a portable device. Hope you get it sorted.

You'll have better luck using your computer. The app is OK for responding to inquires but the full site is easier to use.
