I don't think there is much that you can do.  Either they book or they don't.  If there are no questions asked, or if you've answered everything they want to know, you are done until they initiate more conversation.  Sometimes people are just shopping, and not ready to book, and may come back at a later date.  You don't want to come across needy, so let them go, they may not have been a good fit for your property anyway.

@Angela127 Never nag guests. If they don't respond, then just archive their messages, and focus on your next guests.
