i'm a new host in sydney with summer months coming up plus xmas and new year.i have no idea of how much to raise my prices for that. i have already people wwanting to book although i'm still blocked. i would like to take the bookings but not at my winter prices. how can i establish some indication ahead of time of how prices change ???

Check what local hoteliers are offering with their festive prices compared to their standard rates.

@Aram6  Like @Elena87 says check local hotel rates also check your local AirBnB competition rates to get a fair and reasonable price. 

@Elena87 Totally off topic here my daughter spent a month in St. Petersburg she brought home some wine from Aerehaa KPbiMA Kabephe Crimean Winery that was excellent I would like to order more (I saved the label). Do you  know if Russia allows wine to be ordered and shipped to the US?
