Problem with preapproval

 im currently traveling out of the country and I have a potential guest who I'd like to offer preapproval to. Yet when I try to do that the message I receive states dates no longer available. ... which is incorrect.

Another potential guest inquired about dates and I had no problem offering them preapproval.

Any suggestions?
