refund

Hello everybody,

Since july 5th, date at which I cancelled my 6 bookings made for Italy, I have been still waiting for a refund from AIRBN&B of 392  €

I called at least 6 times AIRBNB's assistance who pretended having proceeded to the refund but I don't see anything on my bank's account

(I also phoned to my bank many times who certifies haven't received anything from AIRBNB

What can I do ?

Can somebody help me ?
