Hi,

A guest has cancelled 2 weeks before his booking. I have agreed to refund him his £31 cancellation fee. I can see from the Help centre that you need to go to 'your reservations' and click on issue a refund. I can not see this tab?! Where is it? When I have tried it through the resolution centre, his booking doesn't appear so i'm now stuck. How do I get this money to him?

Maria - what payment have you received, if any, under your cancellation policy?

You would never have received the booking fee he paid to Airbnb - so just be careful that you are not out of pocket by refunding a fee you would never receive
