I received a credit from AirBnB due to a problem. This morning I booked a stay and never saw a place to enter the credit -- I only had a button to submit the reservation so I pushed it thinking maybe an enter field would appear or that my credit would automatically apply. Neither happened.
The credit expires Jan 2018 and I do not expect to make another reservation before that. Any ideas? It seem like contacting a HUMAN at AirBnB is no longer possible.
From what I read on forums, there is not a way to apply this once the reservation has been confirmed. I would be willing to take another credit. It was $75, so not a small thing!
