As a Canadain individual tax payer/ I was wondering if we need to name the tax treaty and what article it reffers to??? if so can you help me on what the name of the treaty is and what article would give me exemption to uncle sam's 30% withholding tax.

I also want the same information.  I have leased my business to a Nicaraguan and she has no tax obligations.  There is not a treaty.

Can someone tell me how I find out what my number is or how to find it? I go in to the area and only the last two numbers are visible.
