Susan booked a twin room for her and her baby daughter.
Along with her sister Franciska.
They were both very friendly and everything went smoothly.
Sadly only until one day before their departure.
That day they came back home in the afternoon. They went directly into their room.
Then we saw a stranger passing by and wondered who that might be
and what the man is doing on our property.
We asked ‘Hello’, ‘who are you?’
He did not answer.
Just ignored it.
He reacted a bit arrogant.
The reason why things went wrong afterwards are the result of intolerance and the behaviour of this person.
We tried to explain that we should know who is on our premises. For security reasons and responsibility.
Instead this stranger answered: ‘we should not run this business if we do not accept strangers around’.
Francisca came out of her room to explain us that this is her brother.
Actually Franciska did miss to introduce him to us in the first place.
Clearly must be understood that we do have to give permission to people coming on our property.
Otherwise they have reserved a room and identified themselve.
Or introduced him-/herself to us, what was not the case.
Commonly visitors ring the bell.
We wish to appologise for what happened, if Franciska would understand the circumstances.
But she does put all on us.
A nightmare to welcome those guests.
We should have been warned before: Susan uses 2 accounts on AirBnB, both without any feedbacks !
They arrived very late at 10:50 pm and we had to stay awake until then.
They both did not respect our privacy. No respect of our own home, entering our private rooms any time withot notice.
Walking in even we told them it is a private place. They do have their own place/room and access from the gate and are not allowed to enter our house.
Travellers on AirBnB must tolerate their hosts privacy.
Where is their Respect ?
Wir haben daraufhin AirBnB kontaktiert.
Auch wenn wir Susan nicht weiter empfehlen können, wird sie mit ihrem 2. Account weiter buchen können. Ohne Hindernisse. Warum wird das von AirBnB nicht unterbunden?
