House for around 25 people

We are a small Swiss company and I have the honour of organizing a team weekend. So I was wondering if there are any houses, locations that host around 25 people. Or two houses close to each other, which host both the 12-13 people. The location is not fixed, so we are still flexible, the date is: 16th to 18th of September 2016
